Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Manassas, VA is seeking a Quality Technician to help maintain and improve product quality across the facility. The role involves inspections, testing, and collaboration with production teams to address quality issues.

You will perform inventory inspections for traceability, conduct QC inspections, document results, adhere to SOPs and cGMP requirements, and participate in process improvements. A high school diploma and at least one year in quality are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience working in a quality function preferably in pharmaceutical or food/beverage production manufacturing.
• Knowledgeable in current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to include the application of Code of Federal Regulations
• Detail Oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory inspections to monitor and ensure traceability of plant/product movement throughout the facility.
• Perform or assist in quality control inspections as directed to confirm established product quality requirements have been achieved.
• Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to team leads and document accordingly. Investigates & participates in correction activities as directed.
• Accurately complete documentation & enter data to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strict adherence to established procedures.
• Participate in problem solving activities to drive process improvements.
• Conduct visual inspections of cannabis for organic and inorganic adulterants and defects.
• Keep equipment (i.e., scales, tools, etc) in good, working order.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following departmental SOPs, adhering to cGMP SOPs, and complying with legal regulations
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs and inputting data into quality database
