Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Machine Operator to run and monitor automated and semi-automated production equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality manufacturing. You will perform routine cleaning and maintenance, complete line clearances and label verification, and accurately document production activities.

You will communicate equipment or quality issues, support other operators, and help maintain a clean, organized production environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2+ years of experience as a general automation machine operator.
• Knowledge of automated assembly or packaging equipment.
• Ability to prepare concise and accurate records and reports.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Conduct line clearances and label verification.
• Communicate equipment or quality issues to team and support personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized production area and assist other operators as needed.
