Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, safely operate, and maintain various automated and semi-automated machinery for high-quality cannabis products. You will ensure product formulas, appearance, and packaging meet standards while keeping equipment ready to run and optimizing speed with safety and quality in mind.

You will follow SOPs, participate in trials, and work in a team to continuously improve productivity and quality, including daily maintenance and training of others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; an associate degree or certs preferred.
• Effective time-management and multi-tasking ability.
• Teamwork and ability to complete tasks independently.
• Ability to stand/sit/kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must comply with GMP requirements.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Prior experience running automated equipment.
• Basic math and mechanical skills.
• Curiosity to understand equipment and troubleshoot.
• Follow state and company compliance requirements.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety practices including PPE.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and 5S compliance.
• Report safety concerns promptly.
• Inspect and calibrate equipment to ensure operation.
• Improve efficiency and reduce waste through teamwork and communication.
