Qualifications

• Proven sanitation experience in food production/food service environment.
• Strong attention to detail, must work efficiently and quickly while maintaining quality.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Strong communication skills, customer-orientated, and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Is responsible for chemical use, safety procedures and equipment use.
• Follow sanitation plans, procedures, and training as necessary.
• Maintain cleaning schedules and supply/consumption logs.
• Collaborate with edibles production and QA to complete cleaning tasks on time.
• Notify superiors of damages or disturbances.
• Adhere to health and safety rules and company practices.
• All other duties as assigned.
