Job summary

Qualifications

• Production management experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with direct reports.
• Minimum 2 years as production manager or 6+ years as senior supervisor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and productivity of all production employees.
• Plan and coordinate production with leadership and supply chain.
• Ensure on-time delivery and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost control.
• Monitor KPI progress and report to leadership.
