Agri-Genesis is hiring a Pre-Roll Production Technician to support our cannabis production line in Missouri. You will prepare flower, grind and handle materials, and help ensure the consistency and quality of pre-rolls. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and regulatory procedures.

Hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 6:00am to 4:00pm, with base pay of $15 per hour. We offer benefits and the chance to grow with a leading Missouri cannabis company.

Position Title
Pre-Roll Production Technician

Hours: Wednesday - Saturday 6:00am - 4:00pm

Base Pay: $15/hr.

What You Will Do

• Prepare cannabis flower for pre-roll production, including grinding and material handling in accordance with company standards
• Fill, weigh, and pack pre-rolls to meet quality and consistency expectations
• Inspect pre-rolls for uniformity, appearance, and structural integrity
• Label, package, and stage finished products in compliance with state regulations and company procedures
• Maintain strict compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies
• Accurately track and record product data using required systems
• Follow sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and controlled production environment
• Support team productivity and workflow to meet daily and weekly production goals

What Success Looks Like

• Consistently meets production quotas while maintaining high product quality

• Produces pre-rolls with uniform weight, appearance, and pack consistency

• Maintains accuracy in tracking, labeling, and documentation

• Supports team efficiency in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

• Demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and accountability

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures

• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time

• Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed

• Manufacturing, production, or cannabis experience preferred but not required
