Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to obtain Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed.
• Manufacturing, production, or cannabis experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cannabis flower for pre-roll production, including grinding and material handling in accordance with company standards.
• Fill, weigh, and pack pre-rolls to meet quality and consistency expectations.
• Inspect pre-rolls for uniformity, appearance, and structural integrity.
• Label, package, and stage finished products in compliance with state regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain strict compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
• Accurately track and record product data using required systems.
• Follow sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and controlled production environment.
• Support team productivity and workflow to meet daily and weekly production goals.
