Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on production experience.
• General knowledge of weights and measurement.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Evening/night/weekend work may be required.
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in post-harvest plant processing of medical cannabis including trimming, weighing, sorting and inspection.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and sanitation.
• Follow management instructions and assist with delegated tasks.
• Work quickly and efficiently while upholding professionalism and safety policies.
• Comply with state compliance security, access protocols, dress code and work schedules.
• Adhere to HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
