Qualifications

• Proficiency in logistics management and inventory software (ERP/WMS).
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving and inventory management processes.
• Ability to schedule and track shipments using TMS or similar tools.
• Experience resolving logistical issues and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute daily logistics tasks to ensure smooth supply chainflow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and data integrity.
• Schedule and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Supervisor to support warehouse operations.
• Liaise with vendors and transportation providers to ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor shipment discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute to improving logistics processes to increase efficiency.
