Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Harvest Technician to support post-cultivation activities in our cultivation department, preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, positive individual who can think of no better way to spend the workday than harvesting our cannabis plants with expert care and precision. The pay range is competitive and based on experience, with a discretionary annual incentive program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree or certifications preferred.
• Effective time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cannabis harvest process and prepare spaces for next grow.
• Properly drying cannabis plants and weighing post-harvest materials.
• Follow SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies.
• Maintain records and calibrate tools as directed by lead or supervisor.
• Report safety incidents and comply with PPE requirements.
