Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Facility Sanitation Associate to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the production facility. You will perform routine cleaning tasks, ensure compliance with sanitation protocols, and support maintenance activities to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or facility maintenance is a plus.
• Must be able to follow sanitation protocols and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, bathrooms, and common areas following sanitation procedures.
• Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Assist with deep cleaning like vents, fixtures, and walls.
• Prepare areas for cleaning by moving furniture as needed.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and use equipment correctly.
• Maintain an organized workspace and follow safety rules.
• Collaborate with other departments for tasks as required.
• Complete sanitation logs and document activities for compliance.
• Report facility or equipment issues to Facilities Maintenance Manager.
