Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Custodian in Monson, MA. The role involves maintaining a clean and sanitary facility, including floors, restrooms, and common areas, and assisting with exterior upkeep to ensure a safe environment.

You will follow safety protocols, report maintenance needs, and work autonomously as needed while contributing to a collaborative team focused on a well‑run, hygienic facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary facility by removing trash, cleaning floors, restrooms, common areas, etc.
• Assist with upkeep of building exteriors, railings, and grounds.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and fixtures to ensure a safe environment.
• Identify and report basic maintenance issues and assist with quick fixes (lightbulbs, filter changes).
• Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
