Job summary

AYR Wellness is seeking a Cannabis Production Technician to execute extraction, infusion, processing, and packaging tasks in accordance with our procedures. The role covers lab and kitchen duties, including preparation of plant material, distillate production, and packaging for customers.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, assist in quality control, and ensure compliance with state and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in cannabis or agriculture preferred, not required.
• Excellent communication and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment with flexible hours.
• Commitment to producing highest quality work.

Responsibilities

• Packaging using kitchen and packaging systems; maintain equipment.
• Ensure daily QA/QC compliance with policies and procedures including state compliance and security protocols.
• Other duties as required to assist the company in meeting goals.
