Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven Budtender experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and receive a facility agent card from the state.
• Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Work well with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and provide a wonderful experience.
• Advise patients on suitable cannabis products based on needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to strains.
• Keep abreast of new cannabis products and industry trends.
• Process patient payments using the POS system.
• Keep the store clean and well-organized.
• Educate patients on safe use of their selected product.
• Weigh, package, and label cannabis products as required.
• Check IDs to verify legal age and credentials to enter/purchase.
• Take inventory and ensure sales floor is stocked.
• Complete opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain compliance with company and state policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
