Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Delivery Driver in Chelsea, MA to deliver cannabis products to customers and maintain reliable delivery schedules. You will ensure safe transport, uphold exceptional customer service, and comply with state regulations for medical cannabis deliveries.

The role requires a valid driver's license, at least 1 year of professional driving experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, days, nights and weekends. Training provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional driving experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass background checks including MVR and cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be compliant with all legal regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable, dependable attendance.
• No prior cannabis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van for day’s deliveries.
• Deliver cannabis products following state laws.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance basics.
• Manage and file delivery documents and manifests.
• Maintain professional relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate issues during deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
