Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check to obtain an Facility Agent card.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Two years of related experience.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently while coordinating with others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes following trip plans.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre-departure 360-degree inspections.
• Load patient orders with matching trip plans and documentation.
• Monitor temperatures for refrigerated products and ensure food safety protocols.
• Maintain communication with route dispatcher and customer service team.
• Return all documentation to manager after each route.
