You will work under the Cultivation Manager in a highly regulated environment, following strict protocols and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of live plant experience, familiarity with germination and cloning, and a willingness to work flexible hours in a large-scale indoor grow operation

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of cultivation, horticulture, or agriculture.
• 1+ years of experience growing live goods (preferred).
• Experience with a large-scale indoor grow operation (preferred).
• Familiarity with germination, cloning, and transplantation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in harvesting plant material on schedule, including drying and de-stemming.
• Tend to plants by watering, repotting, training, and moving plant material and green waste.
• Monitor plant health and report conditions affecting growth.
• Perform sanitation and decontamination tasks with focus on productivity and yield.
• Scout for pests and other threats, identifying issues early to prevent crop damage.
• Wash, sanitize, and inspect tools and equipment for pests, viruses, and diseases.
• Label plants and maintain inventory records.
• Complete required documentation with accurate information.
• Support cultivation tasks and assist other departments as needed.
