Job summary

Connected International, Inc. in Sacramento seeks a Cultivation Technician to assist with daily indoor cannabis cultivation tasks, including watering, pruning, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, and facility upkeep under supervision.

Precision and adherence to production standards are essential. You will manage plant schedules, maintain clean workspaces, and support IPM and METRC-related activities while adapting to different strains and shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and pass a criminal background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous agricultural/warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to follow instructions and take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks in the indoor harvest grow.
• Mother plant maintenance, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH management.
• Manage plant scheduling and organization to project daily needs.
• Cataloguing and maintaining organization of plants, tags, and pruning biomass.
• Knowledge of pest and disease control a plus.
• Maintain and follow cultivation department policies and procedures.
• Wash and sanitize all equipment and ensure tools are pest-free.
• Adapt techniques for different cannabis strains while maintaining pace and quality.
• Track unusable waste per batch and ensure proper disposal.
• METRC compliance knowledge is a plus.
