Job summary

Natures Herbs And Wellness in Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time Cultivator to support our cannabis grow operation. The role involves nutrient management, pruning, pesticide application, cloning, and environmental monitoring to ensure healthy plant production for our state-licensed facilities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in commercial cultivation highly desired, but not required. We will teach and train you on our method anyway!
• Ability to retain basic chemistry knowledge required to properly mix and apply nutrients and pesticides.
• Self motivated worker who knows what needs to be done and makes it happen with minimal supervision (once fully trained).
• Ability to perform monotonous tasks correctly and consistently over long periods without diminishing quality of work.
• Basic knowledge of cannabis physiology expected.
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure the grow functions at the highest level.
• Must be able to lift and carry 80 lbs at a time, and go up and down stairs multiple times per day, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Mix nutrients to reservoirs accurately and consistently.
• Learn pruning and defanning for the vegetative and flowering stages.
• Apply pesticides.
• Transplant large numbers of plants quickly without damage.
• Cut clones with an effective survival rate of 90%.
• Cultivation Facility Cleaning.
• Monitor environmental parameters.
• Cultivation irrigation strategies.
