Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking a dedicated plant technician to maintain and care for cannabis flora in a high-temperature, high-humidity environment. You will transplant, water, prune, and verify plant labels while maintaining strong team communication and documentation.

Applicants should be able to lift 50 lbs and work varied shifts. A High School diploma or GED is required; horticulture experience is a plus. Protective PPE and safety practices are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Horticulture experience preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to execute techniques accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to daily maintenance of all plants
• Transplanting, watering & pruning of plants
• Verify labels are placed properly with coordinating plant
• Able to push, pull or lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Capable of sitting, standing, bending, squatting and/or walking for long hours at a time
• Capable of working in hot or humid conditions
• Work all shifts as needed
• Ensure good communication between team members
• Perform other duties as needed/or required
