Job summary

Cresco Labs in Kentucky is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our Sunnyside facility. The Cultivation Agent will provide on-site cultivation for cannabis gardens, assist with plant care, and maintain quality control to ensure high-quality product.

Daily duties include watering, pruning, trimming, and supporting documentation per Cresco standards. The role requires working in a fast-paced, regulated environment, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in indoor/greenhouse climates.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities

• Plant Care: prune, top, trim plants and move them between areas.
• Facility Cleaning: maintain clean and safe cultivation facility and dispose of waste.
• Reports and Documentation: track plants and ensure accurate documentation of lot numbers and tracking numbers.
