Responsibilities

• Execute cultivation plans per operating procedures for indoor/outdoor cultivation.
• Monitor plant health, watering, labeling, and data input for inventory systems.
• Assist with cloning, transplanting, pruning, and harvest preparation.
• Maintain clean and compliant cultivation spaces and equipment.
• Support daily tasks to ensure quality and safety standards.
