Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp. in Apollo Beach, FL, is seeking a Cultivation Specialist (Clone) to support clone propagation, plant health, sanitation, and growth in the grow rooms.

You will clone, trim, prune, maintain quality control per SOPs, and track plants from clone to harvest using our tracking system. The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work on-site in a regulated facility.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a related position.
• Able to follow detailed instruction and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must have a positive attitude and work well with others in a team environment.
• Willing to learn about, operate and maintain facility equipment in a safe manner.
• Comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces.
• Ability to safely climb, squat, bend, twist, kneel and stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 21 years of age or older, and able to successfully register with the state’s cannabis commission as an agent.
• Must comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.

Responsibilities

• Support plant management and overall growth in the grow rooms.
• Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants as directed.
• Monitor quality control per State and local laws.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe facility and production areas.
• Inform Cultivation Manager of system discrepancies.
• Inspect plants for diseases, pests, and mold.
• Track plants from clone to harvest using the tracking system.
• Support cultivation and harvest teams to meet production goals.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
