Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Cultivation Technician to care for cannabis plants, perform daily cultivation, harvesting, and sanitation tasks with high attention to safety and GMP/compliance standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in high-heat conditions while following all regulatory requirements. Training is provided, and experience in cannabis is not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; Associate degree or certifications preferred.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Plant Life: Top and bottom plants, transplanting and defoliating, tending media, scouting for pests, training plants, adhering to grow standards.
• Harvest: prepare room, harvest plants, defoliate and break into pieces, hang to dry, clean grow rooms between harvests.
• Sanitation: sweep, mop, clean plant housing devices, maintain plant tables and pots, report issues for timely fixes.
