Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a detail-oriented Fertigation Lead to support daily irrigation and nutrient delivery at our cannabis cultivation facility. You will ensure precise pH, EC, and nutrient levels, maintain fertigation equipment, and execute daily fertigation schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred.
• 1+ year of experience with automated fertigation or irrigation systems in cultivation or agriculture.
• Working knowledge of fertigation equipment and nutrient delivery systems.
• Familiarity with fertigation software platforms such as Ridder, Argus, Priva, Anderson, or similar.
• Basic understanding of pH, EC, and plant nutrients.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily fertigation schedules and nutrient delivery plans.
• Operate and monitor fertigation equipment and systems, maintaining pH, EC and nutrient levels.
• Mix, prep, and fill concentrate and day tanks for nutrient programs.
• Inspect, maintain, and clean fertigation lines, emitters, pumps, tanks, filters, sensors, and control systems.
• Monitor irrigation system performance and troubleshoot alarms or malfunctions.
• Record data on moisture, EC, pH and other metrics for compliance and tracking.
• Support soil moisture monitoring and sensor calibration as directed.
• Maintain inventory of fertilizers and supplies; communicate needs.
• Follow SOPs for fertigation, equipment maintenance, chemical handling and sanitation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Assist with training fertigation team members and guide junior staff.
• Collaborate with Cultivation and Facilities to align fertigation with plant care plans.
