The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about cannabinoids. You will build relationships with guests, uphold Ivy Hall’s mission to make every visit inspiring and educational, and grow with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to register as a cannabis agent with the state.
• Competent using standard office and retail technology (POS, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude.
• Guide customers through their cannabis education journey with tailored recommendations.
• Build lasting relationships with returning guests and foster loyalty and brand trust.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and ensure compliance with inventory protocols.
• Verify customer identifications and assist at the front desk to support compliance and security.
• Prepare and verify online orders for accuracy prior to pickup.
• Stock, merchandise, and replenish product displays.
