Job summary

Connected International, Inc. (Connected Cannabis Co.) is seeking a Brand Ambassador to drive growth in designated markets, primarily the San Jose area.

Youll support product demos, trainings, events, merchandising and store visits, with weekend availability and variable hours on a temporary, extendable contract. This role requires 1–2 years in field marketing (cannabis preferred), strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail landscape across California.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in field marketing, cannabis industry preferred.
• Passion for cannabis and strong industry knowledge.
• Strong understanding of California's retail landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt tactics.
• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
• Willing to work evenings/weekends; non-traditional schedule.
• Reliable transportation with a valid CA driver's license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Attend training sessions led by Team Leads or Brand Ambassadors.
• Participate in demos, trainings, events, retail installations, and misc. duties.
• Prepare for shifts; ensure materials and products are ready.
• Support retail merchandising with materials and promo items.
• Collaborate with team during activations to drive success.
• Assist in gathering post-event reports on stock and insights.
• Available for weekend duties and support needs.
• Contribute to organizational goals and maintain team morale.
