Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent the brand at events and promotions in the Tempe and Phoenix area. You will create engaging content, engage with communities, and serve as the public face of Mint Cannabis online and offline.

The role requires energy, comfort on camera, and an understanding of cannabis culture within regulated guidelines. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected, with travel across the Phoenix metro area.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, events, promotions, cannabis retail, or related industries.
• Experience creating social media content with measurable audience engagement.
• Comfortable speaking on camera, in-person, and via livestreams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a front-facing brand ambassador at community events, retail promotions, pop-ups, and cannabis industry functions.
• Represent Mint Cannabis in public settings with confidence and knowledge of our products and brand mission.
• Create engaging digital content across Mint Cannabis-approved social media channels.
• Stay up-to-date on cannabis marketing trends and engagement techniques.
• Proactively build relationships with customers, patients, community partners, and retail teams.
