Job summary

Qualifications

• Must understand all types of nuts and allergens processed through the machine.
• Must be able to evaluate product roast/damage and quality.
• Must have basic math skills and ability to perform unit conversions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tend equipment that blends, mixes, and cooks candy ingredients.
• Monitor gauges and temperatures to ensure correct operation and notify of malfunctions.
• Record production data and end-of-shift reports for production coordination.
