Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is hiring a Candy Packer at our Womelsdorf, PA facility to support the production team and help drive quality and safety improvements across the plant.

You will operate food manufacturing equipment safely, follow work instructions, and assist with housekeeping and GMP standards. This full-time role offers overtime opportunities and a stable daytime shift from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with rotating days.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus!
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.
