Job summary

Hawaiian Host Group is seeking personnel for candy production and packaging in our Honolulu area facility. You will operate equipment, ensure product quality, and support line efficiency while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires an HS diploma or GED, ability to read English instructions, and flexibility to work weekends and shift changes as needed. TB certification may be required by Hawaii health regulations, and a team-focused culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience/training is required.
• TB certificate from a valid medical provider as required by Hawaii state health dept.
• Able to understand and follow directions in a machine-paced environment.
• Availability for weekend shifts and flexible scheduling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Picks up cotton candy rows from a moving conveyor and places them upright into trays, adds inserts, and boxes.
• Uniformly places nuts on chocolate rows on a moving conveyor, ensuring coating quality.
• Inspects and sorts roasted nuts by color from a moving belt.
• Weighs cartons, packs, stacks, and loads for packaging and ensures weight limits.
• Loads trays and boxes, clears jams, resets machines, and monitors formed boxes.
• Cleans the production line and surrounding area after each shift.
• Adheres to safety standards and company policies; attends to shifts as assigned.
• Regular attendance and weekend availability required.
