Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail operations or related experience preferred.
• Experience with POS and time-collection systems helpful.
• Strong customer service and integrity in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly atmosphere to help customers enjoy shopping.
• Assist customers with purchases, finding items, and questions.
• Stock coolers, shelves, and consumables to keep shelves full.
• Support inventory counts and product checks as needed.
• Keep the store clean, including bathrooms and exterior areas.
• Close and balance registers; report variances to the Manager.
• Follow safety standards and assist with fuel spill clean-up when needed.
