Job summary

Good 2 Go Stores LLC is looking for Store Associates to create a welcoming atmosphere, assist customers with purchases, stock merchandise, and run cashier operations. You’ll help with inventory checks and keep the store presentable and safe for guests.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, basic math skills, and experience with POS systems. This role is onsite at our Fruita location, with a fun culture and opportunities for growth in a growing Western network.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused and able to maintain friendly store atmosphere.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic math.
• Willingness to learn company systems and processes.
• Experience with POS and Time Collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Create a great atmosphere for our friends.
• Help our friends with purchases, finding items, and so forth.
• Complete cashier and other customer service activities.
• Stock coolers, shelves, and consumable items to keep our friends happy!
• Assist in inventory management processes as needed including stocking items, inventory counts, and product checks.
• Clean store, bathrooms, outside grounds as needed and directed. In other words, make our store look awesome!
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Close and balance registers and report any variance to Manager.
• Make sure hot food items are prepared and delivered according to company standard.
• Help in fuel spill clean-up as needed.
• Follow company safety standards and report issues.
