Job summary

CROSSMARK is hiring a Retail Sales Representative in Charlotte, NC to promote Ferrero products and build relationships with store management and staff. This role offers a daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends and opportunities to work with iconic brands in convenience stores.

You will gain shelf placement, build displays, ensure planogram compliance, monitor inventory, and travel to multiple stores.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
