Sweet Water Decor in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Candle Maker / Production Specialist to join our in-office team at SWD Headquarters. This full-time role offers daytime or evening shifts, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits such as 401(k) matching, health and dental insurance, and paid time off.

You will inspect containers, assist with candle prep, pouring, and labeling, and maintain a clean, fast-paced production area with strong hand dexterity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Capacity to bend, flex, lift 50 pounds, stand for up to 7.5 hours.
• Communicate daily with coworkers.
• Ability to work in diverse teams.
• Move at a rapid pace.
• Must have good hand-eye coordination.
