BODYBAR Pilates - Hauppauge is seeking a certified instructor to lead dynamic, form-focused classes that build strength and confidence. You’ll deliver BODYBAR workouts with energy, care for each member, and maintain a welcoming studio atmosphere.

You’ll train through BODYBAR’s program, meet CPR/AED requirements, obtain liability insurance, and coordinate scheduling. The role offers growth opportunities, flexible hours, and a chance to be part of a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and people skills are essential.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and body movement.
• Certified in CPR & AED; liability insurance required.
• Completion of BODYBAR Instructor Training Program is mandatory.
• Experience delivering Pilates or group fitness classes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead BODYBAR Pilates classes with form-focused cues for all fitness levels.
• Be a BODYBAR ambassador and uphold the studio mission.
• Provide safe and upbeat guidance on movements and modifications.
• Respond to member questions about policies and promotions.
• Own and manage your class schedule, arranging subs as needed.
• Foster a welcoming community before, during, and after classes.

Who We’re Looking For

A Candidate to become a certified Bodybar instructor at BODYBAR, you’ll deliver dynamic, form-focused workouts that build strength, connection, and confidence in every class. We’re looking for a high-energy professional to lead sessions using the BODYBAR method while inspiring and motivating clients. Reporting to the Fitness Manager, you’ll create a standout experience that keeps members coming back. Already certified instructors are welcome as well !! Bridge Training is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be a true BODYBAR ambassador — live the mission and bring that energy to every class you teach.
• Lead form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method — challenging and supporting all fitness levels.
• Guide members with expert cues to keep them safe, aligned, and confident in every movement.
• Provide clear, upbeat support to members—answering questions on modifications, studio policies, and promotions.
• Own your class schedule—secure subs promptly to ensure an excellent member experience.
• Build community by connecting with members before, during, and after class to create a welcoming atmosphere.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others feel strong
• Strong communication and people skills
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and body movement
• Pilates or group fitness experience (preferred, not required)
• Complete and pass BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program
• CPR & AED Certification is required
• Instructors must obtain and provide proof of Instructor liability insurance as requested
