Job summary

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated research experience.
  • Familiarity with bioinformatics packages and applied RNA and proteomics data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to succeed in a fast-paced research environment with multiple concurrent duties.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization in R and coding in Python.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and perform wet bench molecular biology and cancer research.

Responsibilities

  • Perform computational analyses and modeling.
  • Maintain a well-kept lab notebook and documentation on GitHub, GEO and other relevant computational databases for publication.
  • Contribute to interesting projects and have the opportunity to publish or co-publish their work.
