• For Technical Support Analyst: pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• URx/UI candidates should be pursuing a degree in Product Design, Business Administration, Data Science/Business Analytics, Industrial Design or UX/UI Design & Research.

Responsibilities

• Incident and ticket resolution in IT operations.
• Systems and application support for enterprise environments.
• IT service management and process improvement.
• Enterprise systems troubleshooting and end-user support operations.
• URx/UI project involvement including user research, UI design, prototyping, and data analytics.
