Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (psychology, sociology, anthropology or related).
• SOCRA or ACRP and IATA certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills across internal/external stakeholders.
• Reliable transportation to drive to various locations.
• Clinical phlebotomy skills are useful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research projects under minimal supervision within regulatory compliance guidelines.
• Provide technical support to Principal Investigators.
• Interact with internal and external customers at all levels and oversee recruitment and day-to-day study operations.
• Direct contact with potential and enrolled study participants.
• Provide additional support as required.
