Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program OR at least one year MA experience OR current active RN/LPN license to practice nursing in Utah.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers. Must be obtained prior to start date.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients and fellow caregivers to deliver high-quality care.
• Ability to protect privacy and PHI of patients, members, and caregivers.

• Provide patient care under clinician direction, gathering information relevant to the visit and condition.
• Communicate clearly with patients via telephone and in-person interactions.
