Job summary

Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) is seeking a Regional Manager to lead chapter health, growth, and regional programming across EO’s global network. You will partner with chapter volunteers and directors to align with EO standards, manage risks, and drive sustainable impact.

In this role, you will oversee strategic planning, leadership pipelines, and cross‑regional collaboration, while delivering data‑driven insights and ensuring the highest standards of operational execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in product engagement, program management, product marketing, member engagement, or related role.
• Experience in a membership-based, nonprofit, association, or global organization strongly preferred.
• Experience across multiple regions, cultures, or languages; fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel regionally and globally (approx. 35%).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 14 chapters as the primary staff relationship owner.
• Serve as main liaison to Area Directors, Chapter Staff, and Chapter Presidents.
• Organize monthly touchpoints with ADs, Chapter Staff, and Presidents.
• Support EO standards, growth initiatives, and risk management for chapters.
