Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an Engineer to design and maintain Camstar/Opcenter process models for medical devices manufacturing in Cincinnati, OH. You will model BOPs, routes, operations and data collection, and align shop-floor control with lean manufacturing practices.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality and industrial engineering teams to ensure compliant, traceable and efficient production processes in an MES environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Camstar/Opcenter modelling and workflows.
• Experience translating manufacturing requirements into Camstar/Opcenter models.
• Knowledge of ISO, FDA, GMP where applicable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Camstar process models including BOPs, Routes and operations.
• Configure work centres, resources, equipment and factories.
• Model production flows, rework and scrap with shop-floor control.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality and industrial engineering.
