Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 0-2 years of experience preferred.
• Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of lawn maintenance and chemical application is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain campus lawns: trim, prune, edge, mow, and weed.
• Measure, mix, and apply fertilizers and pesticides as directed.
• Operate mowers and groundskeeping equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance of groundskeeping equipment.
• Install mulch in ornamental beds as needed.
• Seasonal leaf and snow removal from parking lots.
• Annual preventive maintenance of parking lots, lines, and signage.
• Seasonal turf and grass maintenance.
• Assist operations team with outdoor event setups.
• Report to work as essential during emergencies.
