Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Non OSU Student Bus Driver to join the Administration and Planning | TTM Campus Area Bus-JM team. You will provide bus, shuttle, and paratransit service to the campus community, operating 15-53 passenger buses, over-the-road buses, and shuttles.

Paid training is provided, with the opportunity to obtain the State of Ohio CDL Class B. Competitive wages start at $15.00/hour, rising to $19.00/hour after CDL, with opportunities in non-CDL roles and career

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at Columbus State to be eligible for hire.
• Final candidates are subject to a background check; a drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.

Responsibilities

• Provides bus, shuttle, and paratransit service to the University community; operates 15-53 passenger buses, over-the-road buses, paratransit, and shuttles; washes, cleans, fuels, and prepares vehicles for trips; drives routes; loads and unloads luggage and equipment; works on an as needed basis.
• As a Student Bus Driver, you will join a team of knowledgeable and professional student and full-time drivers who provide safe, reliable and friendly transportation to the campus community.
