Responsibilities

• Greet customers and locate course materials, school supplies, apparel, gifts and more.
• Operate the POS system for transactions including cash, card, and financial aid payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor with merchandising and restocking.
• Assist with inventory, receiving merchandise, and order fulfillment.
• Develop product knowledge to confidently assist customers and upsell store services.
