Follett Higher Education is seeking a Campus Store Manager to lead store operations and drive sales growth while maintaining brand and operational excellence. You will mentor and develop a team, manage financials, and support regional store relationships across campus locations.
You will champion Follett Values and core competencies, ensuring an engaging customer experience, effective course materials coordination, and strong campus partnerships.
As a Campus Store Manager, you will provide leadership for all facets of store operations. You will be responsible for inspiring teams to consistently drive results through sales growth while delivering the highest level of brand and operational excellence by ensuring your team delivers an engaging customer service experience.
Through your expertise and influence, you will cultivate an environment of mentorship and continuous development of your team members while staying engaged in financial metrics, store performance, and short/long-term planning and support a Regional Manager with overall store and campus relationships and operations.

Pay Range: $40,000.00 - $100,600.00 / year
Pay Transparency
The annual salary/hourly rate range has been established based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. The exact starting salary/hourly rate within the range will depend on the role and the local market. This position may be eligible to participate in one of the Company’s incentive plans. The amount of any incentive payment varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
