Follett Higher Education seeks a Campus Store Leader to support Market Leader or Campus Store Manager in delivering exceptional store operations and customer service, driving sales growth, and upholding brand standards across General Merchandise and Course Materials.
You will mentor and develop the team, manage staffing within budget, review financials with leadership, and ensure accurate cash handling, inventory control, and compliance with company policies.
As a Campus Store Leader, you will support a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager overseeing store operations. You will be responsible for driving results through sales growth while delivering the highest level of brand and operational excellence throughout the store by ensuring your team delivers an engaging customer service experience.
You will cultivate an environment of mentorship and continuous development of your team members while staying engaged in financial metrics and store performance and support a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager with overall store operations.

$12.00 - $29.88 / hour
The annual salary/hourly rate range has been established based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. The exact starting salary/hourly rate within the range will depend on the role and the local market. This position may be eligible to participate in one of the Company’s incentive plans. The amount of any incentive payment varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
