Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Outstanding attitude with willingness to learn and excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
• Flexible availability throughout the academic year including peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
• Greet customers and foster a positive experience during their visit.
• Support store operations including operating equipment and cash register with speed and accuracy.
• Keep the store tidy by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or space.
• Temporary positions require availability on a weekly basis for up to 90 days with occasional weekends and flexible opening, midday, or closing shifts.
• Routine housekeeping including dusting, mopping, windows, vacuuming, and trash removal.
