Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication with students, faculty, staff, and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve store customers at point-of-sale, handling cash and credit card payments.
• Answer phone calls, voicemails, and assist with online sales fulfillment and shipping.
• Assist with in-store receiving, locating textbooks and general merchandise.
• Ship textbooks and merchandise and fulfill textbook orders.
• Perform clerical tasks: filing, typing documents/emails to students as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
