Job summary

The Landing Fayetteville, a Tailwind Group property, is seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for residents on campus and in the community while delivering excellent customer service. The rotating schedule includes days and evenings with shifts as described in the posting.

Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour; final offers reflect education, skills, experience and location.

Qualifications

One or more years of professional driving experience is preferred.
Possess a valid Driver’s License.
Clean driving record and ability to meet federal and state driving standards.
Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Be a self-motivated individual and excel at working in a team environment.
Ability and willingness to follow traffic laws, regulations, and company policy.
Knowledge and understanding of basic vehicle maintenance and transportation operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate excellent customer service during each encounter with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
Operate shuttle on the schedule route in a safe, responsible, and timely manner.
Perform daily inspection of the shuttle to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
Complete daily interior and exterior cleaning of the shuttle.
Maintain all maintenance records as required.
Provide a prompt report on all maintenance issues to the Maintenance Manager.
Complete all accident or incident reports and submit immediately as required.
